We are a Royal Institue of Bristish Architects Chartered architectural practice situated in the heart of Penarth, with over 17 years experience in the construction industry. We work on all size of project; from domestic extensions to high-end new builds. We also work on commercial speculative and refurbishments.

We offer a full architectural service from feasibility to hand over offering a bespoke service to each clients needs. We work throughout the UK primarily in Wales and around London.

Experience

Practice founder, Gary Phelps, is a RIBA Chartered Architect and has worked in the industry for over 17 years. He has a wealth of experience on a multitude of projects of varying scale. He practised for many years in London working on large commercial and high-end residential projects.

Since returning to Cardiff, Gary has worked as Project Architect on some of the most high profile commercial projects in South Wales, as well as award winning restorations of listed buildings. In the Summer of 2021, he decided to form his own practice focusing on customer service and providing innovative, practical and thoughtful designs in order to maximise scheme potential.
